The Mirror reports that when Evanescence were announced as winners for Best New Artist at Sunday’s Grammy Awards, 50 Cent lost his cool, as the rapper with 5 nominations went home empty-handed. “When the award was announced, you should have seen him scowl,” said a guest. “And when Evanescence went up to collect the trophy, 50 Cent left his seat and stormed off past the stage.” A Grammy insider said, “He was shocked, to say the least, and when this awful looking Goth band picked up the new artist category, he threw his toys out of the pram.”
