50 Cent’s New Jersey ‘Shootout’ Was Staged?

Star magazine reports a Jersey City, N.J., police report obtained by the tabloid shows the police now believe the September 9th shooting incident with 50 Cent and his entourage was nothing more than a publicity grab.
