The Beastie Boys talked about their new album ‘Hot Sauce Committee Part Two’. “The difference I think with ‘Hot Sauce Committee’ is that it’s layered, but there’s samples, there’s lot of stuff that we played, there’s times where we’ve played stuff and we sample that,” Mike D explained. “We just tried to keep it dense.” Watch a report from ITN via DailyMotion below.

Good people, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, the “clean” version of our new album, ‘The Hot Sauce Committee Partt Two’ has leaked. So as a hostile and retaliatory measure with great hubris we are making the full explicit aka filthy dirty nasty version available for streaming on our site. We hope this brings much happiness, hugs, and harmony. Enjoy Kikoos for life!

Beastie Boys are out with the music video to their new single ‘Make Some Noise’, aka ‘Fight for Your Right Revisited’, the first release from the veteran hip hop trio’s new album ‘Hot Sauce Committee Part Two’, which is set for release May 3rd on Capitol Records.

In the short film, Ad-Rock, MCA and Mike D are played by Elijah Wood, Danny McBride and Seth Rogen, respectively – joined by Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly, Jack Black, Susan Sarandon, Stanley Tucci, Rashida Jones, Jason Schwartzman and Will Arnett in the treatment.

The Beastie Boys post a video on their website announcing Adam Yauch has a “very treatable” cancerous tumor in his salivary gland, forcing the band to cancel their summer tour dates. Yauch said he’s having surgery next week. “They did scans of my whole body and it’s only localized in this one area,” he explained. “It’s not in a place that affects my voice, so that’s nice. It’s convenient. So anyway, it’s a bit of a setback. It’s a pain in the ass, but it’s something that is very treatable in most cases.” Watch a report from ITN below.
