Baby Ree, owned by Damion “Damizza” Young, is leading the company to be a top contender in the hip-hop world. 2003 saw Baby Ree Entertaiment crank out two hit singles (“What Would You Do?” featuring Damizza, Shade Sheist, Nate Dogg & Mariah Carey and “Light Outs” by the Westside Connection featuring Knoc-turn’al). “Lights Out” got major airplay on mainstream radio with help from Damizza’s production and “What Would You Do?” has been receiving major airplay on the West Coast with Damizza on lead vocals featuring the sultry voices of Nate Dogg and Mariah Carey along with Shade Sheist.
