‘Barbershop 2’ Wasn’t An Easy Decision For Eve

Bill Zwecker of the Chicago Sun-Times caught up with the cast of ‘Barbershop 2’, including Eve, who admitted it was not as easy a decision for the singer to return for a sequel as her castmates. Even though the first film gave her a big-screen career beyond her huge success in music, her first reaction was, ”Oh my God! I just hope the script is not bad. I so want this to be as funny as the first one. …And it is. Everyone is back and there’s the same energy. We don’t have the same director, but Kevin Sullivan brings something different to the barbershop.”
