C-Murder Granted New Trial In Murder Case

Billboard reports C-Murder, convicted last year of shooting a teenager to death inside a nightclub, has been granted a new trial. A Louisiana judge ruled Tuesday (April 6) that the rapper, whose real name is Corey Miller, deserves a new trial because prosecutors withheld key information about witnesses they called to implicate him, defense lawyer Ron Rakosky said.
