Chauffeur’s Case Against Puffy Begins Today
In a case that begins today, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs is set to fend off a $3 million lawsuit filed by his Wardel Fenderson, linked to an infamous Manhattan nightclub shoot-’em-up that left two people wounded – and Combs under arrest – in 1999. “[Fenderson] was afraid that if he stopped, he was going to be hurt by somebody in the car, and if he didn’t, he was going to be hurt by the police,” Fenderson’s attorney, Lawrence Bernstein, said. A Combs spokeswoman called the lawsuit “entirely without merit.”
