‘Cradle 2 The Grave’ Tops Weekend Box Office
‘Cradle 2 the Grave’, starring Hong Kong action great Jet Li and rapper DMX, debuted atop the weekend movie charts with $17.1 million in ticket sales, despite mixed reviews. It was enough to easily beat out ‘Old School,’ which earned $13.9 million, but it was the only new nationwide release by a major Hollywood studio over the weekend, as the film world gears up for the Academy Awards on March 23rd.
