Damon Dash and Jay-Z were on hand with Beanie Sigel outside the Criminal Justice Building on Monday (April 26) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia rapper, born Dwight Grant, could face up to 40 years in prison for allegedly shooting Terrance Speller outside a West Philadelphia strip club in July.
