Dice Raw: New Management, New Music, New Tour

Philadelphia, PA – Dangerous Entertainment Group is proud to announce a management agreement with Hip hop artist/songwriter/producer Dice Raw. Dice has been an integral part of the Hip hop scene for several years and is in the process of completing songs for an upcoming release.

Prior to a sophomore album release, Dice will be featured on the debut offering on Okayplayer Records, True Notes Volume I. In conjunction with the compilation he is on the Okayplayer Tour along with which started May 1, 2004 in New Orleans at The House Of Blues.

Dice previously released a solo effort, Reclaiming The Dead, on MCA Records after many guest appearances on several of The Roots albums including The Lesson Part 1, Illadelph Halflife, The Roots Come Alive, and Clones, as well as the soundtrack to Hurricane, starring Denzel Washington, and Sound Bombing Vol. 3 with on Rawkus Records. To his credit Dice has worked with some of music’s most influential artists including Jill Scott, Lenny Kravitz, Erykah Badu and Eve. He also co-wrote the Grammy award winning song, You Got Me, from The Roots album Things Fall Apart. Expect to see more of Dice’s work on the newest offering from The Roots, The Tipping Point, coming the summer of 2004 on Geffen Records with songs Stay Cool, Somebody’s Gotta Do It, I Don’t Care, Boom, Duck Down, and The Mic all penned by Dice.

In addition to working on songs for his new release Dice has been featured on WPHI, The Beat in Philadelphia with DJ Ran and also has a mixtape CD hitting the streets this spring featuring Jaguar Wright, Black Thought of The Roots, and from J Records.
