DMX Slapped With Paternity Suit

The New York Daily News reports DMX was slapped with a paternity suit in Queens yesterday by a Maryland woman who got an autograph-hunting fan to make the delivery. Monique Wayne, 24, said she had an affair with the rapper after meeting him at a Washington nightclub. “I don’t hate him. I understand his position,” Wayne said. “But at the same time, my child shouldn’t suffer. He should pay for what he did.”
