DMX Talks Jet Li & New Single
MTV News previewed DMX’s new film ‘Cradle 2 the Grave’ with Jet Li on Wednesday’s TRL. X said of his co-star, “He’s cool. Funny, you know he jokes on the set sometimes, you know.” As for the track he authored for the movie, ‘X Gonna Give It To Ya’, he says, “Just stoppin’ by the studio. I wasn’t planin’ on doin’ any work that night but, oh, boy (humming) really slow I didn’t realize that was just the build-up. When that beat drops, I was like what?! Hit it, I wrote the whole song right then and there.” The film hits theaters on Friday.
