E-40 Urges Concertgoers To Vote

E-40 posted a clip from a recent concert where the bay area rapper encouraged people to vote on Tuesday no matter who you’re voting for. But, he said, “I’m voting for Obama!” E-40 then performed ‘Carlos Rossi’. Watch the clip below.
