Eminem Has A New Court Date

AllHipHop.com reports Eminem and sanitation engineer DeAngelo Bailey, 32, of Warren could not come to a settlement after mediation and proposals to settle his case for defamation over the 1999′s track ‘Brain Damage’ from the ‘Slim Shady LP’ case were rejected. Em is now scheduled to appear in a Macomb County, Michigan court next month to defend himself against the allegation, where Bailey is seeking $1 million in damages.
