Eminem’s Childhood Home Tops $10 Million In Bids

Gene Schabath of The Detroit News spoke with Roland Fraschetti, a Macomb County commissioner from St. Clair Shores who bought the childhood home of on November 8th for $45,000 with partner Sebastian Lucido. “It amazes me,” he said of the current $10 million plus bidding. “We’re trying to find out more about the bidder,” Fraschetti said. “We have three bids over $10 million but we question their sincerity. We know there are sincere bids out there in the six figures and some sincere bids in the seven figures but I don’t know about the eight-figure bids.”
