Eminem’s Shady Limited In Trademark Battle

The Las Vegas Sun reports that a federal lawsuit filed against Eminem by three Vegas businessmen continues to move forward. The suit alleges Mathers has sold items marked with the words, “Shady Limited.” William S. Wallace, Kevin Thomas and Nathan Moon contend that they own the rights to that trademark.
