New York’s biggest hip-hop station, Hot97, had a real hip hop award in which the winners where chosen by hip hop fans in New York. With over a million votes, the ‘Grimey Awards’ were a huge success and the person who was shunned by the Grammys, 50 Cent, is the biggest winner. Chosen by people who really matter, hip hop fans.
