Foxy Brown Turns Down Plea Offer
The New York Daily News reports Manhattan prosecutors told Judge Melissa Jackson on Friday offered Foxy Brown a deal to stay out of jail if she pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching and kicking manicurist Myoung Yi and salon manager Sun Ji Song at Bloomie Nails in Chelsea on August 29th after a payment dispute. The rapper declined the offer and her lawyer Joseph Tacopina said outside of court: “It might be a sweetheart deal if you are guilty, but she is not.”
