Free Press’ Letters To The Editor Regarding Proof’s Death
Readers of the Detroit Free Press responded to the paper’s editorial following the killing of Proof early Tuesday morning. After labelling the D12 star an “ambassador for Detroit”, William John Furno responded, “Now that the investigation is bringing us some accurate truths to the story, you should rescind this piece of nonsense. Proof’s ambassadorship seems to have brought the senseless act upon himself. His attempted murder on another individual in the illegal establishment he was frequenting sealed Proof’s own fate. It was not the actions of anyone other than Proof himself that caused his demise.” Freep.com has since removed the letters.
