Gospel And Hip-Hop Are Coming Together

Ben Sisario of the Boston Globe did a piece on the worlds of gospel and hip-hop coming together, citing Hezekiah Walker’s collaborative album ‘Thank You’ with Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs. Walker said, “I’m very particular about what I do with those hip-hop artists. With [P. Diddy] I was very careful with the songs I selected, and I think I kept it really straight and narrow,” he says. ”I had to hold true to my beliefs and yet be able to open up the door for him.”
