Harrison’s Widow Rejects Eminem Rift Request

The Sun reports Eminem has been stopped from using the riff in the Beatles classic ‘While My Guitar Gently Weeps’, after George Harrison’s widow Olivia nixed the plan to put the music on Eminem’s dedication song for his daughter – ‘Hailie’s Song’. Eminem revealed, “George heard Hailie’s Song before he passed away and liked it. I don’t understand the political side but his wife now has control of the music and she said no, so I had to redo the song.”
