How Lil’ Romeo Will Change The World
Teen People caught up with 20 teens who will change the world, including Lil’ Romeo. Asked what he has been doing to create that change, Romeo said, “I sponsor the P. Miller Ballers, a basketball team based in Houston that participates in Amateur Athletic Union events. My dad, Master P. and I travel to schools and pick underprivileged kids – good plays with good grades – for the team, and then we pay for uniforms, travel, accommodations, and food. It’s a really great way to give back.” The 14-year-old added, “I put a lot of time into working with kids and always tell them to get a good education. Plus, maybe some will get good enough at basketball to make a career of it.”
