Ice Cube Comments On The State Of Hip Hop

Suzan Alteri of Get Real Detroit spoke with ‘All About the Benjamins’ stars Ice Cube and Mike Epps ahead of today’s release of the film. Alteri asked Cube about the state of hip hop, where the rapper replied, “I was kind of in it to win it when I wasn’t making movies and the leadership was kind of shaky then, you know? I think it’s always going to be shaky. You can’t really have a leader of that movement because everybody is competing with each other. It’s going to be able to handle its own.”
