Impressive ‘Date’

Darryl Sterdan of The Winnipeg Sun reviewed De La Soul’s latest effort ‘The Grind Date’, giving it 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. Sterdan writes, “Sure, it’s basically a stopgap release to get back in the game and thumb their nose at their old label — but unless ‘The Grind Date’ is a fluke, the De Las could benefit from a little more pressure a little more often.”
