Ja Rule Enjoys A Joint Before MOBO Awards
The Mirror reports that in preparation for last night’s MOBO Awards, Ja Rule attended a pre-party bash for teenage millionaire Dominic McVey at London’s 10 Rooms, where he spent the evening smoking extremely “fragrant” roll-ups and chatting to Richard Blackwood and reggae star Sean Paul. Ja won Best Hip Hop Act at the show.
