Ja Rule Faces Assault Charge In Toronto

Reuters reports that Ja Rule turned himself into Toronto police on Monday and was charged with assault, following an incident at a downtown club last month. Ja made a brief court appearance and was released on C$10,000 ($7,575) bail. A judge order a publication ban on the details of the case.
