E! Online’s Ted Casablanca reports Ja Rule was spotted chillin’ with Blu Cantrell and Seattle Sonic Gary Payton at the Café Noir on Le Meridien in Beverly Hills. The trio had a few drinks while watching the NBA playoffs, which Gary was victim of an early departure.
