Jay-Z And Beyonce File Signed Marriage License

People magazine has learned Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles filed their signed wedding license Friday in Scarsdale, New York, listing their wedding date as April 4th. So far, the couple have remained silent about the nuptials, though the former Destiny’s Child star was spotted with a wedding ring shortly after the wedding. Read more.
