Jay-Z Looking To Sign Lady Sovereign
According to NME.com, Lady Sovereign met with Jay-Z in New York City, and after hearing Lady freestyle a few verses, the music mogul promised to get her in the studio with Missy Elliot and the Neptunes. The British teen is currently negotiating to join Jay’s La Familia label. Lady Sov’s first U.S. single is going to come out on Chocolate Industries and was remixed by Ad Rock of the Beastie Boys.
