Jay-Z Proposes To Beyonce In Cannes

News of the World reports Jay-Z finally popped the question to Beyonce Knowles while vacationing in Cannes last week, and the former Destiny’s Child star said yes. The couple plan a ceremony in Hawaii in the fall. “I want to get married and really want a family in a perfect world I’d have two boys and a girl,” Beyonce said. “You know someone loves you by the way he treats you and respects you.
