Jay-Z To Top New York City Benefit Concert

Billboard reports Jay-Z will headline a benefit concert this fall in New York. The November 25th multi-artist event at Madison Square Garden will benefit the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network (HSAN) and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Fund. Details of the show will be announced Wednesday (September 24).
