Jay-Z’s 40/40 Franchise Plans
The New York Post reports Jay-Z will be doubling the size of his 8,000-square-foot 40/40 lounge on West 25th Street in time for its one-year anniversary in June. Jay also will be opening satellites in other citiesthis fall, including Atlantic City, Miami, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
