Jay-Z’s Knighthood Request Rejected
The Sun reports Jay-Z is demanding a knighthood for performing for Prince Charles in Britain at the Prince’s Trust Urban Music Festival next month. An insider says: “We thought it was a joke, but he was serious. Normally, we just get requests for things like sushi and lilies in dressing rooms.” Jay’s demand was denied, but he’s been invited along with girlfriend Beyonce Knowles to dine with Charles at Buckingham Palace as a thank you.
