Juvenile: Don’t Sell Coke

Blender magazine caught up with Juvenile and asked the New Orleans rapper about a controversial line in his Hurricane Katrina inspired ‘Get Ya Hustle On’ single, where he raps, “Everybody need a check from FEMA, so he can go and score him some cocaina.” He explained, “I don’t mean actually go out and sell coke. The message is to stop feeling sorry for yourself. We took a whacking, but this ain’t time to cry. Do what you gotta. Get that money.”
