Juvenile’s Home Destroyed By Hurricane Katrina
New Orleans-bred rapper Juvenile lost his home in Hurricane Katrina, the most destructive storm in U.S. history. “I am obviously devastated by my personal loss,” Juvenile said in a press release, “but thank God that I was able to get my family out to safety while many families were not so fortunate. I have lost some friends and to their families I send my deepest condolences. It is difficult to describe the feeling of losing friends, not being able to reach others and having all of your personal items destroyed, but I am still one of the fortunate ones to have my music industry family supporting me.”
