During Jay Leno’s interview with a faux President Bush on ‘The Tonight Show’ on Wednesday, Jay asked, “Now, the population of New Orleans is half of what it once was. How can people repopulate if they don’t have jobs?” Bush responded, “That never stopped Kevin Federline. Or K-Fed as I call him.”
