Kanye West Comments On LA Blackout

Following Monday’s massive power outtage in Los Angeles, Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Monday night, “Well, did you hear what Kanye West said about the power outage? Did you hear about this? He said George Bush does not care about blackouts.”
