Kanye West Fumes Over AMA Loss
The Chicago Sun-Times reports that after Kanye West lost the award for favorite breakthrough artist at the American Music Awards to country singer Gretchen Wilson Sunday night, West stomped out of the auditorium. “I was robbed,” West fumed backstage. “I refuse to give a politically correct answer because I make this music from my heart. … I was the best new artist this year.”
