UsMagazine.com spoke with a concertgoer following Kanye West’s performance at the Vorst Nationaal in Brussels on Sunday (November 18). The attendee says the Chicago rapper did not mention his deceased mother Donda once, “but you could see that she was always on his mind.” Halfway thru his performance of ‘Good Life’, after the line “I’ma get on this TV, mama”, West stopped singing, put his hands over his face, and went to the rear of the stage. “He had his back turned to the audience for about 30 seconds,” said the concertgoer. “He was surrounded in smoke, but you could make out his silhouette, and I saw him grab his head and then drop to the floor before getting up.” West then disappeared in the smoke but reemerged, wiping his eyes under his sunglasses. No word if West attempted to perform ‘Hey Mama’ this time. Watch Kanye performing ‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ at the gig below the fold.
