Kanye West Wins Billboard’s Rap Artist Of The Year Award

Kanye West took home Billboard’s Rap Artist of The Year award last night, beating out Twista, Ludacris, Ludacris, and Jay-Z. The rapper said upon accepting the honor: “Man. It really feels good to win. I’m telling you. I want to thank everybody. I want to thank Damon Dash for giving me a chance, giving me a deal. To be listed in the same category as Jay-Z, as much as he does for the game, for me. My mother, my father. I love all the fans. Thank you y’all for helping me. I love y’all. Thank you.”
