Kanye West Wishes Donda Could’ve Seen Obama Nominated
The Associated Press reports that during Kanye West’s performance during Thursday morning’s ONE campaign party in Denver, Colorado, the rapper said he wished his mother Donda were still alive to see history made with Barack Obama being named the first African-American presidential nominee. “It’s an incredible time to be around,” West said. “I wish my momma could have seen this day.” Donda West died after complications following plastic surgery last November.
