Lil’ Flip Sued For $1.5 Million For Copyright Infringement

Lil’ Flip, formerly of Suckafree Records, along with Hump and Sony Music Entertainment are being sued in a $1.5 million dollar lawsuit filed in the Southern District of Texas civil court on August 5th, 2003. Tommy “Tomi Gran” Granville Jr. alleges copyright infringement and credit for his production work on Lil Flip’s 2003 release Undaground Legend, which has been certified platinum by the RIAA.
