Lil’ Kim Defends Her Plastic Surgery

Us Weekly’s cover story for the week is young stars getting plastic surgery, and they spoke with Lil’ Kim about her breast implants and nose job. “I do what makes me feel good,” the rapper said. “I dont’ feel it’s me being insecure. I just want to enhance my look.” She added that her breasts are only a C-cup. “I think they enhance them in pictures or something!”
