The New York Daily News reports Lil’ Kim was unable to make the premiere party for pal Victoria Gotti’s ‘Growing Up Gotti’ on Tuesday night, but made it up to the gossip columnist-turned-reality TV star, having her manager give Victoria a diamond-encrusted watch.
