LL Cool J Blasts Jay-Z & Def Jam

The New York Daily News reports LL Cool J has major beef with his longtime label Def Jam Records and its boss, Jay-Z. “I think Def Jam needs to be a better promoter of hip hop,” he griped in the green room. Asked if Jay was to blame, LL responded, “I think Jay-Z does a very good job…of promoting Jay-Z.”
