LL Cool J performed on BET’s 106 And Park on Thursday singing ‘Luv U Better’. LL’s pricey chain broke during the performance and he threw it out into the crowd, but said no biggie. They counted how many times he licked his lips during the show and had two people try to guess — he licked his lips 39 times. LL promoted the new album and talked about his workout routine as well. They then showed a picture of AJ photoshopped with his head on LL’s body and they cracked up about that.
