Radio station politics and recent Hot 97 Tsunami Satire; have made things difficult for Emmis Communications — the company in control of the major radio stations across the U.S. Now, as a new station in Los Angeles called KDAY (93.5 FM) begins to create a buzz, another Los Angeles based station (Power 106 FM) is reportedly attempting to place pressure on artists in an effort to pull marketshare from the re-launched station.
