Major Flooding In New Hampshire

Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Monday night, “Rain, major flooding all over New Hampshire. Bridges collapsed, roads were washed out. In fact it prompted Kanye West to say President Bush doesn’t care about the one black guy that lives in New Hampshire.”
