Mariah Carey Comments On Eminem

During Mariah Carey’s interview with Larry King earlier tonight on CNN, the singer was asked about a reported relationship with Eminem, which he claimed did happen. “I hung out with him, I spoke to him on the phone,” Carey said, denying she dated the rapper. “I think I was probably with him a total of four times. And I don’t consider that dating somebody.” Asked to explain Eminem’s popularity, she said, “Well, first of all, I’m a fan of hip-hop music and I have been since I was a little kid. You know, hip-hop has been around for 20 years. It’s just now that the masses are understanding, and it’s becoming a worldwide thing.
