In Touch magazine reports that Missy Elliott flew all the way to New Zealand to get a tattoo. “I got one of those highest-in-charge tattoos,” Elliott said. “I always wanted to get a Polynesian tattoo, but I didn’t want to get it over here [in America], ’cause sometimes people be writing and you don’t know what it means.”
